HotFoot Recruiters is partnering with a growing international logistics organization to hire a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Mandarin/English) in Phoenix, AZ. This role supports import/export shipment coordination, customer communication, freight quotations, and day-to-day logistics operations.

This position is ideal for a bilingual professional with prior freight forwarding, logistics, transportation, import/export, warehouse, or supply chain experience who enjoys working directly with customers and coordinating shipments from start to finish.

Position: Bilingual Customer Service Specialist – Mandarin/English

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Pay: Starting at $55,000/year DOE

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Start time between 7:30 AM–9:00 AM

Work Arrangement: Hybrid flexibility may be available based on business needs and supervisor approval.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization and follow-through.
