Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist for our Retail Customer Service & Support team in Grand Rapids, MI. You will engage customers in-store and by phone, offering expert guidance on paints and coatings and handling sales and returns.

You will resolve service issues in English and Spanish, partner with sales associates to support store operations, merchandising, tinting, and inventory checks, and build strong customer relationships while growing your product

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
