Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend suitable paint and coating solutions. You will resolve concerns promptly and uphold high product standards, contributing to store sales goals and customer satisfaction.

You will engage with customers, operate tint machines, process transactions, stock displays, and support deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must read, write, and communicate in English and Spanish.
Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. and handle physical tasks.
Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Maintain in-stock and presentable condition of assigned areas.
Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
Stay knowledgeable on products and options.
