Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a full-time shared role at Stores #7662 and #1638 in Boulder, CO. You will assist customers, process transactions, and support sales goals while maintaining product quality and store standards.

Responsibilities include helping in-store and on the phone, tinting and mixing products, stocking shelves, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; some lifting and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Must read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must meet performance expectations and complete HR Cloud trainings.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers.
• Assist in person and over the phone by identifying needs and presenting products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and per policies.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain orderly files, shelves, and displays.
• Tint and mix products per customer specifications.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
• Stay knowledgeable about products and options.
