HIRING IMMEDIATELY: BILINGUAL CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE IN RICHMOND, TX

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Bilingual Customer Care Representative in Richmond, TX. This individual will manage incoming customer calls, address customer needs, and provide excellent service while following established communication procedures. The ideal candidate has customer service or call center experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Utility experience is a plus, and bilingual skills are highly valued.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• $17.00/hour
• Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Located in Richmond, TX

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of incoming customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
• Identify customer needs, answer inquiries, and resolve concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and best practices
• Provide clear, accurate, and courteous information to customers
• Maintain effective communication while navigating a fast-paced call center environment

Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous customer service or call center experience required
• Strong phone etiquette, call-handling, and active listening skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual verbal and written communication skills are a plus
• Previous utility industry experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to training, and succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude
