Farm Fresh To You is seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Sales Representative fluent in Spanish and English. You will be the first contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering products to meet needs.

You will handle calls, emails, and chats in both languages, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure satisfaction while promoting relevant offerings.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• 1+ years in customer service or sales.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with computers and CRM software.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English, with a passion for helping customers, closing sales, and building long-term relationships. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with product inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering relevant products and services to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in both Spanish and English
• Provide product/service information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal communication)
• 1+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with computers and CRM software

• Experience in Food and Agriculture, Health, Wellness or Nutrition
