You will handle calls, quotes, orders, and provide product recommendations, while maintaining accurate pricing and customer data. Fluency in Spanish and English and 1+ year of CS experience required; MS 365/Outlook/Excel experience a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken & written).
• 1+ year of customer service or sales experience.
• Data entry and basic computer skills expected.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Excel is a plus.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite is a bonus.

• Speak and write fluently in Spanish & English.
• Handle incoming calls: quotes, orders, follow-ups.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Recommend products to enhance customer orders.
• Promote current sales and discounts.
• Ensure pricing, quantity, and shipping accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams (purchasing, marketing, warehouse).
• Maintain and update customer account information.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
• Use tools and procedures to provide complete, helpful responses.
• Route inquiries to the right departments and follow up.
• Participate in product and skill development training.
