Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Rep to join the Duluth, GA team. The role supports the Customer Support Department with a focus on delivering exceptional service to diverse customers.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, processing orders, resolving account issues and collaborating with sales/distribution to improve service levels. Shift is 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, pay $22/hour.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a Customer Service or Customer Support role.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, complaints, and returns professionally and promptly.
• Provide clear explanations of products, services, policies and procedures.
• Review accounts and histories to identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with sales and distribution teams to improve processes and outcomes.
• Process orders, calculate charges and manage payments as needed.
