In this fast-paced branch role, you will assist Spanish- and English-speaking customers with loan applications, account inquiries, payments, and product education.

You’ll follow strict compliance and documentation standards while delivering friendly, accurate service.

Formación

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) ability to communicate with customers.
• Experience in customer service or financial services is preferred.
• Ability to explain loan products and guide customers through processes.

Responsabilidades
