Job summary

Mom’s Meals is hiring a bilingual Customer Service Representative in Des Moines, IA. You will be the first point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers as they place meal orders, providing friendly, accurate service and entering orders into the system.

The starting wage is $18.00/hour with weekly pay, PTO, and benefits after 30 days. Training starts Nov 30, Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm; employment contingent on background checks.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken & written).
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn software.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for meal orders.
• Input order information into client systems.
• Document conversations in the client database.
• Ensure clients have an order on file.
• Coordinate with case managers via phone, email, or fax.
• Deescalate situations and resolve customer issues quickly.
