Job summary

Uline, a family‑owned company, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for the Georgia branch in Braselton. You will build customer relationships, provide solutions and deliver legendary service while working on-site.

You will process orders, respond to product, pricing and shipping questions, and help customers navigate our website and ordering process. Training is provided to develop product expertise and problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms.
• Excellent problem‑solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle inquiries using tech tools.
• Be a product and solutions expert; answer questions on products, pricing and shipping.
• Build relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
