Uline, a family-owned shipping materials leader, is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for on-site work at our Georgia branch. You will build relationships, provide solutions, and deliver legendary service with real training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent problem solving, listening, and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus; training provided.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) — fluent in speaking and writing.

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert; ready to answer questions about products, pricing and shipping.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
