Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly.

• Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale transactions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Stock shelves and set up displays to maintain visual standards.
• Tint and mix products as needed to customer specifications.
• Maintain accurate work order files and product formulas.
• Load/unload deliveries and assist with deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Comply with inventory control procedures and shrink reduction measures.
• Suggest improvements to sales processes and customer experience.
