2ULaundry in Charlotte is looking for a friendly Laundry Attendant to join our front-of-house team. You will greet customers, answer questions, and help troubleshoot dryer and washer issues during the Wednesday–Sunday 3pm–11pm shift at our Albermarle Road location.

You will learn the Wash, Dry, Fold process, assist with selling supplies, and cover the front desk to keep the laundromat welcoming. We value a positive attitude, great service, and the ability to stand for 6–8 hours.

Competenze

• Previous customer-facing experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred, but not required.
• Prior laundromat experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand for 6-8 hour shifts.

Mansioni

• Greet customers and assist bilingual guests.

Current Shift Need:

Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday (3p-11p)

This position will be located at 5618 Albermarle Road (Suite 700) in Charlotte.

As a Laundry Attendant, you must have a passion for customer service and love helping people. You will greet customers coming in, answer their questions, and help troubleshoot any problems that may arise with our machines. You will also learn the ins-and-outs of our Wash, Dry, Fold laundry process.

What you'll do as a Laundry Attendant (Front of House Duties):

• Greet our English and Spanish speaking customers and guests. Being bilingual is preferred, but not required.
• Become a laundromat expert who is able to troubleshoot any issues with our machines
• Sell laundry supplies and cover the front desk to keep our laundromat clean and welcoming
• Wash, dry, and fold the 2ULaundry way for any drop off customer orders

Job Requirements of a Laundry Attendant

• Previous customer-facing customer service experience preferred
• Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred, but not required
• Prior experience working in a laundromat is a plus
• Positive attitude and ability to problem solve
• Ability to stand for 6-8 hour shift
