Inktel Contact Center Solutions in the United States (New York area) is seeking Reservationists who are bilingual and prefer evening shifts and remote work. You will engage customers in a proactive and professional manner, with training and support from the Inktel team.

Responsibilities include communicating with customers, de-escalating situations, and ensuring options are explored to satisfy needs. Start date July 20, 2026, with training 9am-5pm EST then regular evenings/weekends, at $16.19/hr.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish or Creole required.
• Empathetic with active listening and clear communication.
• Strong desire to help and resolve customer issues.
• Prior customer service or troubleshooting experience preferred.

Details:

• Start Date: July 20, 2026
• Training Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am-5pm EST for the first 3 weeks
• Regular Shift –5 days a week (includes Sundays (40 hrs a week)
• Pay: $16.19/hr
• Must be Bilingual (English & Spanish or Creole)
