SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representative (CSSR) to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. You will build relationships, assist customers in person or via phone/online ordering, and manage inventory orders for pickup or delivery.

The role emphasizes customer obsession, learning new technologies, and contributing to a safe, efficient store operation in Florida.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with questions and needs in person, by phone, or online ordering.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory management and maintain a safe store environment.
