The Restaurant Store in Davie, Florida is hiring a Bilingual Customer Sales Associate (English - Spanish) to deliver exceptional service in our new 50,000 square foot cash & carry location. You will focus on Spanish-speaking customers, handle basic cashier duties, and support store operations alongside our sales, purchasing and inventory teams.

Previous restaurant and customer service experience is required.

Qualifications

• Retail and restaurant customer service experience required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct business-to-business sales and customer service with a focus on building and developing relationships with our Spanish-speaking customer base
• Execute on our proven TRS process: 1) build brand awareness, 2) assess customer\'s needs, 3) exceed expectations, and 4) build loyalty
• Perform basic cashier functions and loading products into customer vehicles
• Perform general store maintenance through cleaning and merchandising functions, while also restocking shelves and putting away incoming stock
• Analyze basic inventory information to determine product availability and re-order status
• Promote our private label brands to maximize TRS gross profit
• Educate prospective customers on our competitive advantages (best people, best technology, and best price)
• Possess and maintain a thorough understanding of our website and educate our Spanish-speaking customers on how to best-utilize our "Brick and Click" business model

The Bilingual Customer Sales Associate (English - Spanish) with The Restaurant Store is responsible for delivering a high level of service and satisfaction to all customers in a retail branch location, with a specific focus on our Spanish-speaking customer base.The Bilingual Customer Sales Associate (English - Spanish) will achieve a variety of operational goals through effective customer service strategies that align with the goals of our sales, purchasing, and inventory teams.Previous restaurant and customer service experience needed.

• THIS IS A BRAND NEW CASH & CARRY LOCATION


• We sell everything that a restaurant needs (with the exception of any fresh, refrigerated or frozen products)


• 50,000 square feet to service all of our local independent and chain restaurants / food trucks / local businesses


• We are hiring Full-Time positions only


• Store Hours; Monday - Friday 7am - 6pm, Saturday 7am - 5pm, SUNDAY CLOSED
