Job summary

The Restaurant Store at Clark Associates, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Front End Associate to deliver a high level of service at a busy Orlando-area branch.

You will handle cashier duties, assist customers at the front of the store, and be the first point of contact for in-store and phone inquiries. This position supports sales, order fulfillment, merchandising and inventory teams through strong customer service strategies and accurate transactions, including returns, memberships, and customer

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, efficient front-end customer service and ensure a smooth checkout experience
• Consistently achieve high levels of point-of-sale transactions on a daily basis
• Assist customers with accurate register transactions, including cash handling and memberships, and loading purchases into customer vehicles
• Process customer returns and restock items appropriately
• Expedite customer flow through checkout lanes to minimize wait times
• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls and direct inquiries
• Guide customers within the store and answer questions about policies, memberships, pricing, and general inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of checkout lanes, registers, carts, and front-end area
• Refill and merchandise impulse products at the front end to support sales
• Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations
• Educate Spanish-speaking customers on our Brick and Click model

Job Summary

The Bilingual Front End Associate with The Restaurant Store is responsible for delivering a high level of service and satisfaction to all customers in a retail branch location. The Bilingual Front End Associate supports key operational goals by efficiently handling cashier duties, assisting customers at the front of the store, and serving as the first point of contact for in-store and phone inquiries. This role ensures smooth checkout operations, accurate transactions, organized front-end areas, and effective support with returns, memberships, and customer questions. Through strong customer service strategies and collaboration with branch leadership, the Bilingual Front End Associate helps advance the goals of our sales, order fulfillment, merchandising and inventory teams.
