Job summary

Sézane is seeking talents to join its Customer Service Team in the United States, based in Soho, New York City. The role is a full-time permanent position with 40 hours per week and weekend shifts. Fluency in English is required; French is preferred.

1 year in customer service in retail or fashion is desirable, with experience in Zendesk/Sprinklr and other CRM tools. You will assist clients with orders, returns, exchanges, and styling while upholding luxury standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer service or related role.
• Experience in retail, fashion, or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Ability to work weekends and peak periods.
• Maintain brand voice and high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and social channels.
• Master procedures and policies to deliver luxury-level service.
• Assist with product recommendations, sizing, orders, returns, exchanges.
• Meet KPIs while delivering high-quality interactions; weekend work.
• Communicate insights to management and elevate complex issues.
• Maintain Sézane's brand voice across interactions.
