Job summary

Sézane is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a part-time 3-month fixed-term contract (24 hours/week). The role is based in Paris 7ème with one remote day per week, supporting the next chapter of Sézane’s journey.

You will respond to customer inquiries across channels, provide product information, handle complaints, and help improve the customer experience. You are perfectly bilingual in English and Polish, with excellent writing, and you thrive in a team, capable of managing a high volume
