Coulter Cadillac Buick GMC Phoenix is seeking a motivated team member to join our service/advisory front desk. You will deliver a top-notch customer experience, identify client needs for service, and coordinate appointments with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires strong communication and phone skills, bilingual English/Spanish, and a clean driving record with a valid license. We offer full benefits and training in a dynamic Phoenix environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Clean driving record with valid driver's license.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and seek out opportunities to deliver a top-notch customer experience
• Interact with customers to identify their individual needs and opportunities for service appointments
• Excellent phone skills
• Scheduling and coordinating appointments for clients
• Managing and maintaining appointment calendars, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in scheduling
• Coordinating loaner vehicles for customers
• Assisting in preparing documents for loaners
• Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Helping guests with paperwork and inspection of loaner vehicles.
