Job summary

Courtesy Automotive Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Service Consultant to greet customers, explain service recommendations, manage repair orders, and support a friendly, team-oriented service department. This full-time role requires strong communication and a professional appearance, with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate speaks Spanish, has prior auto dealership experience or a willingness to learn, and holds a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish.
• Previous automotive dealership service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (DMS/CDK a plus).
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with professionalism, hospitality, and respect.
• Clearly explain service recommendations and repair solutions.
• Manage repair orders and workflow efficiently.
• Sell services honestly and effectively.
• Communicate with customers in person and by phone in a clear, professional manner.
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Coordinate shuttle service for customers when needed.
• Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards.
• Support teammates and maintain a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
