The position emphasizes multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, strong communication, and empathy to resolve issues. Occasional overtime and in-office presence 1–2 days per week are expected.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility and claims.
• Documents inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking in the database.
• Maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions to handle requests promptly.
• Utilizes digital tools to gather information and troubleshoot customer issues.
