Bilingual Customer Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Bilingual Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our inside sales team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers, make outbound sales calls, and convert leads into long-term partners. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base, driving revenue growth, and refining acquisition strategies—all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 60+ outbound sales calls per day to prospective customers
  • Effectively communicate and persuade in both Spanish and English to acquire new clients
  • Utilize a CRM system (Salesforce preferred) to manage leads, track progress, and optimize conversion strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions accordingly
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales strategies and improve overall customer experience

Required Experience:

  • 3+ years of high-volume outbound sales experience
  • Fluent in Spanish & English (must have professional-level experience using Spanish in a work setting)
  • 1+ year of CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality sales
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
