Job summary

First Fed is seeking a Customer Service Representative Float for Fairhaven. The role supports multiple branches in Whatcom County, identifying customer needs and selling banking products. You will handle cash and transactions with accuracy, while delivering exceptional customer service.

Candidates should be bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) and have high school diploma or GED. This position requires reliability, ability to work Saturdays, and knowledge of basic Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum High school diploma or certified equivalency.
• CSR I typically requires up to one year of teller or cash handling experience.
• CSR II typically requires one to two and a half years of teller or cash handling experience.
• CSR III typically requires two and a half years of teller experience in a financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales and referral goals by identifying and selling Association products and services.
• Support the Association’s sales objectives by cross-selling basic products or referring customers to others.
• Process customer financial transactions per established policies; maintain cash drawer limits.
