Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• CSR I: up to 1 year teller or cash handling experience.
• CSR II: 1–2.5 years teller or cash handling experience.
• CSR III: 2.5+ years teller experience in financial institution.
• Professional demeanor, strong communication and math skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced cash-handling environment.
• Bonding requirements must be met.
• Willingness to work Saturdays.
• Valid WA driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales and referral goals by identifying and selling Association products and services.
• Cross-sell basic products or refer customers to colleagues responsible for closing sales.
• Process a variety of customer financial transactions per policies and procedures.
• Maintain cash drawer limits and balance transactions accurately.
• Greet customers, call them by name, and ensure a positive bank experience.
• Safekeeping of money and prompt transfer of funds to prevent loss.
• Address customer questions and refer to internal resources for resolution.
• May perform vault duties such as ordering/shipping currency and coin.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Perform related duties as required.
