Responsibilities include transactions, cross-selling basic products, and maintaining cash controls. Strong communication and math skills, plus reliability, are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish fluency preferred.
• CSR I typically requires up to one year teller or cash handling experience.
• CSR II typically requires 1–2.5 years of teller experience.
• CSR III typically requires 2.5+ years of teller experience in financial institutions.
• Ability to demonstrate professional demeanor at all times.
• Effective listening and probing to identify customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales and referral goals by identifying and selling bank products and services.
• Cross-sell basic products or refer customers to specialists.
• Process cash transactions per policies; maintain cash drawer limits.
• Greet customers and call them by name during transactions.
• Balance cash drawer and teller transactions accurately.
• Safekeep money and ensure prompt transfer to prevent loss.
• Address customer questions and route to appropriate resources.
• May perform vault duties as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Perform related duties as required.
