Job summary

TransPak in Avondale, AZ is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Level I) to join our team. You will provide timely order updates, handle inquiries, process orders and returns, and collaborate with planning, sales, and credit teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, bilingual English/Spanish, 1–2 years CSR experience, and a strong focus on communication, time management and problem solving.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 1–2 years of Customer Service experience.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good time management and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate information on order status and product knowledge.
• Process orders, changes, and returns per department policies.
• Coordinate with Planners for scheduling and with Credit for disputed items.
• Collaborate with Sales to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Respond to customer emails quickly and manage the customer service inbox.
