The Pay-O-Matic Corporation is seeking a Front-Line Customer Service Representative in Corona, NY. The role involves handling cashier transactions, providing responsive customer service, and promoting Payomatic’s products.

The position requires flexibility to work weekends and to float to nearby stores as needed. Compensation is $17.00 per hour with full-time, in-person work at store location 53-05 108th Street, Corona.

Responsibilities

• Identify and respond to customers’ needs.
• Process customer transactions (cash checks, money transfers, bill payments, prepaid products) with complete information.
• Open new accounts and issue cards (e.g., inPower debit card).
• Maintain accurate customer accounts (photos, addresses, phone numbers).
• Knowledge of Payomatic’s products and services; respond to inquiries professionally.
• Promote Payomatic’s services and communicate value to customers.
• Handle cash drawer and ensure security procedures are followed.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and adhere to safety policies.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; ability to float to nearby stores.
