Job summary

Tesim Electric in Texas seeks a bilingual Craft Recruiter to build and mobilize our field workforce for data-center projects. You will source, screen, hire, and onboard Journeymen, Apprentices, and craft support at pace.

You’ll work with foremen and superintendents on hiring needs, coordinate onboarding with HR (I-9s, E-Verify, safety training, PPE), and drive retention and continuous improvement of the craft experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting experience, ideally in construction, trades, or field-services labor.
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Experience with ATS/HRIS systems and high-volume pipelines.
• Reliable transportation for jobsite recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing pipelines: apprenticeship programs, trade schools, referrals, LinkedIn, jobsite recruiting.
• Screening calls and site interviews for craft candidates.
• Coordinate with foremen and superintendents on hiring needs and feedback.
• Onboarding logistics with HR: I-9s, E-Verify, safety training, tools, PPE.
• Retention: exit interviews, referrals, and continuous improvement of the craft experience.
