Job summary

Bienvivir All-Inclusive Senior Health in El Paso, TX seeks a Driver to provide safe participant transportation between homes, centers, and medical appointments. You will assist participants with mobility, follow MDT/IDT instructions, and ensure proper medication delivery support.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, 21+ with 5 years driving, a valid Texas Class C license, bilingual English/Spanish, CPR certification, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 21+ years old with minimum 5 years driving experience.
• Valid Texas driver’s license (Class C).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with frail elderly preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Clean driving record per Bienvivir/PACE standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport Bienvivir/PACE participants between residence, the PACE center, and medical appointments.
• Navigate routes using company navigation tools.
• Follow MDT/IDT instructions and participant care plans.
• Assist with entering/exiting vehicles, including wheelchair lifts and securement systems.
• Assist with transporting medications and supplies, verify recipient information and signatures.
