Job summary

Access to Healthcare Network in Las Vegas is seeking a Transportation Driver to provide safe, reliable, and compassionate door-to-door transportation for clients with mobility needs, using a wheelchair-accessible vehicle. You will support seniors and individuals with disabilities while upholding quality customer service.

The role requires a high school diploma, valid Nevada driver's license, and CHW certification within one year. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CHW Certification within one year of hire (agency-funded).
• Valid Nevada Driver's License with clean record.
• Experience with wheelchair-accessible vehicles preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport seniors and individuals with disabilities to medical appointments, pharmacies, and other destinations.
• Operate assigned routes and schedules as directed by dispatch.
• Complete driver training and wheelchair securement certification.
• Provide courteous, compassionate customer service to clients, caregivers, and providers.
• Assist clients with boarding/exiting and mobility needs.
• Maintain trip records and client information using electronic devices.
• Comply with AHN policies, safety procedures, and Nevada laws.
• Use GPS, smartphones, tablets, Salesforce, and scheduling software.
