This full-time, on-site role focuses on organizing communities to form worker cooperatives, providing governance guidance, and expanding development efforts.

The candidate will deliver hands-on business management support, facilitate workshops, manage projects, and participate in outreach and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong facilitation and group meeting leadership skills.
• Experience managing projects, deadlines, and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities
