• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for exempt and skilled trades roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines.
• Develop sourcing strategies via job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach.
• Build talent pipelines and track key metrics.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and ensure positive candidate experience.
