Responsibilities

• QA English content and occasional Spanish content (manuals, guides, troubleshooting articles).
• Review content for grammar, spelling, accuracy, formatting, categorization, and device associations.
• Ensure content meets quality/style guidelines and delivers a premium customer experience.
• Approve and publish in the CMS, or provide actionable feedback when standards aren’t met.
• Collaborate with linking agents, technical writers, and QA specialists across global teams.
• Identify content gaps and opportunities to improve coverage of devices.
