Cross Border Talents is seeking a bilingual Content Moderator fluent in Polish and English to join the team in Lisbon. This on-site role involves reviewing content on an e-commerce platform, ensuring policy and legal compliance, and maintaining high quality standards to guarantee the safety of uploaded content.

You will review content, apply policies, and escalate issues according to established procedures while adapting to shifting schedules and policy updates.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee products and services standards within the e-commerce platform.

• Become and remain knowledgeable about leading e-commerce products and services standards.
• Review content within agreed latency Service Levels and quality standards.
• Ensure policy/legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform.
• Escalate issues to the company in accordance with established procedures.
