Job summary

TopTalent Recruitment - Careers is seeking a Content Moderator fluent in Czech to join a 24/7 operation in Lisbon, Portugal. You will review live video content, enforce age restrictions, and block or remove material per policy.

The role requires excellent Czech (native or fluent) and strong English (B2), the ability to handle sensitive material, and the stamina to work in a fast-paced, rotating schedule with a supportive team and on-site cafeteria and health insurance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review user-generated live video content for an online platform
• Ensure that minors under the age of admission are not making use of the Livestream function
• Delete and block content according to the policies, as well as filter, organise, and evaluate it

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in Czech (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency (B2)
• Computer literate with the ability to adopt new knowledge quickly
• Comfortable with reviewing content that may be deemed inappropriate, violent and/or contain explicit material without bias
• Strong critical and contextual thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volumes and changing demands
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as a part of the team
