• Identify and escalade sensitive or critical cases
• Ensure platform safety by removing harmful or non‑compliant content
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail

Mandatory Requirements

• Fluency in Estonian
• Good level of English b2
• Availability for rotational shifts (including nights and weekends)
• Availability to work on‑site in Lisbon
