We are seeking Content Moderators to join one of our newest client teams!

What You’ll Do

1. Review user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies.
2. Moderate and remove content that violates platform guidelines, including hate speech, graphic violence, nudity, and illegal activities.
3. Evaluate user reports and escalations regarding inappropriate content and take appropriate action promptly.
4. Monitor and respond to user inquiries, feedback, and concerns related to content moderation.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Support and Engineering, to improve moderation processes and tools.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging risks related to content moderation.
7. Document and maintain accurate records of moderation actions and decisions.

Requirements

We’re looking for individuals who have:

• Strong communication skills in English and Farsi.
• Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or related roles is preferred.
• Understanding of online safety, privacy, and legal issues related to content moderation.
• Excellent judgment and decision-making skills for assessing complex content issues.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with users and colleagues.
