PrideStaff in Dallas is seeking a energetic and professional Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their Downtown Dallas team. You will manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls and respond to emails and chats.

Required Spanish and English speaking/writing. Schedule Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM. CRM familiarity. Strong communication, time management, and ability to adapt.

Qualifications

• 1 year of call center or similar experience.
• Strong phone and verbal communication with active listening.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer-focused mindset.
