PHP Agency, located in Fountain Place, Downtown Dallas, seeks a bilingual Contact Center Representative to support agents nationwide. You will handle high‑volume calls, emails, chats and transfers, delivering accurate, empathetic service on insurance inquiries while navigating multiple systems.

Qualifikationen

Bilingual English and Spanish required.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong listening and customer-first mindset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
1–2 years in a call center or multi-line phone systems.
Experience in financial services or insurance is a plus.

Aufgaben

Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and transfers.
Provide accurate, timely support on insurance-related inquiries.
Navigate internal systems and carrier websites to resolve questions.
Document interactions and maintain updated customer and account information.
Collaborate with New Business, Commissions, Annuities, and other teams for a seamless experience.
