The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service while achieving personal and branch sales goals, with responsibilities spanning storefront and online channels, loan portfolio management, and marketing participation.

Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, sales or customer service experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Sales and/or customer service experience required.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret detailed information.
• Excellent verbal communication by phone and in person.
• Basic math skills including counting cash.
• Ability to work independently and travel within division.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition through storefront and online channels using effective sales tools and marketing techniques.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience while managing growing consumer loan portfolio.
• Present tailored financial solutions aligned with customer goals and needs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the loan lifecycle.
