Advance America in Fort Wayne, IN is hiring a Consumer Lending Sales Specialist to deliver top-notch customer service while achieving branch sales goals. You will engage customers in-store and online, present suitable loan options, and nurture relationships throughout the loan lifecycle.

Strong math and cash-handling skills, attention to detail, and compliance with banking regulations are essential. Sales or customer service experience is preferred; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Sales and/or customer service experience required; 1 year in related fields preferred.
• Strong math skills and cash-handling ability.
• Professional verbal communication by phone and in person.
• Ability to read, write, evaluate, and apply detailed information.
• Willlingness to travel within the division.
