Advance America is seeking a Consumer Lending Sales Specialist (CLSS) to deliver outstanding customer service while achieving branch sales goals. You will manage loan-related inquiries, educate customers on terms, and participate in marketing initiatives to drive loan growth.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong math and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Travel is limited to branch operations within the division.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Sales and/or customer service experience required; one year preferred in sales/retail/banking/collections.
• Strong math skills, ability to count cash, and professional verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition through storefront and online channels using sales tools.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience while managing growing consumer loan portfolio.
