Advance America is seeking a Consumer Lending Sales Specialist (CLSS) at our Wabash, IN branch to deliver excellent customer service while achieving individual and branch sales goals. You will drive customer acquisition through storefront and online channels, present tailored financial solutions, and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the loan lifecycle, all in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications include a high school diploma (or equivalent), sales or customer service

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Sales and/or customer service experience required, or equivalent experience.
• One year of experience in sales, retail, banking, or collections preferred.
• Strong math, clear verbal communication, and ability to explain loan terms; compliance with policies and laws.
