Advance America, Cash Advance Centers, Inc. is seeking a Consumer Lending Sales Specialist to join our Winchester branch. This full-time role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while achieving branch and individual sales goals.

It requires attention to detail, strong math skills, and the ability to educate customers on loan terms and features. The position emphasizes in-person and on-site customer engagement, with opportunities to participate in marketing and collection efforts

Qualifications

Sales or customer service experience required, or equivalent experience.
One year in sales, retail, banking, or collections preferred.
Strong math skills and ability to handle cash.
Professional verbal communication by phone and in person.
