Job summary

Prosegur Security USA, Inc. is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer for a construction site in Houston, TX. The role requires fluent Spanish, non-exempt status, and availability for a 3rd shift (21:00–05:00).

Responsibilities include patrols, access control, incident reporting, and maintaining client safety compliance. Prior security or customer service experience is a plus; state license and valid driver’s license with clean MVR are required.

Qualifications

Must speak fluent Spanish.
Texas Non-Commissioned Level II Unarmed Security License or equivalent is required.
Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
High School Diploma or GED.
Construction or industrial security experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain visible security presence on the construction site.
Patrol designated areas on foot or by vehicle to monitor safety and deter threats.
Observe, document and report incidents, hazards or irregularities per procedures.
Control site access, verify credentials and ensure only authorized personnel entry.
Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms or incidents following protocols.
Enforce safety rules and access control procedures.
Assist site personnel, visitors, or contractors as needed.
Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports.
Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
