Job summary

HM Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking a Safety Construction Coordinator in Spartanburg. Must be bilingual English/Spanish to collaborate with the Superintendent and Project Manager and ensure compliance with company safety policies on a project basis.

Responsibilities include site inspections, safety documentation, subcontractor safety planning, regulatory compliance, incident investigations, and delivering OSHA 10/30 and related safety training as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related work experience in Construction Health and Safety.
• Must be bilingual English/Spanish.
• OSHA 510 preferred; CHST designation within two years encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Conducts site inspections and records conditions using safety systems.
• Administers safety documentation and records for projects.
• Coordinates safety planning meetings with subcontractors and project team.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA/state regulations and company safety policies.
• Performs accident investigations and manages incident reporting.
• Provides OSHA 10/30 and other safety training as required.
