Precision Walls in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Field Recruiter and Trainer to support field operations onsite. You will oversee recruiting, screening, and hands-on onboarding to help new hires ramp up while reinforcing safety expectations on the job.

You will coordinate the full hiring process for field roles, conduct phone interviews, mentor new teammates, and support safety orientation, reporting to the direct supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 2 years in the construction industry.
• Commercial construction experience required.
• Driver's license required.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable with ATS and training support.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

Precision Walls is seeking a Field Recruiter and Trainer to support field operations from Greensboro, NC. This onsite role combines recruiting and hands‑on onboarding, helping new hires ramp up effectively while reinforcing safety expectations on the job.

The Field Recruiter / Trainer works across the full hiring process for field positions, including screening and training, and acts as a steady point of contact between new team members and their direct supervisor. The position also contributes to safety orientation and ongoing safety training.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle for field new hires.
• Conduct phone interviews and manage applications using the applicant tracking system.
• Complete initial evaluation and training for new hires.
• Serve as mentor and liaison between the new hire and their direct supervisor.
• Assist with safety training and safety orientation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma.
• Ability to read and write in English and Spanish.
• At least 2 years in the construction business.
• Commercial construction: 2 years (Required).
• Bilingual: (Required).
• Driver’s License: (Required).
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Tech savvy and comfortable with applicant tracking and training support.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide effective training and recruiting.

Compensation and Work Location

• Location: Greensboro, NC (onsite, in person)
• Pay: USD $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
