Job summary

AccruePartners is seeking a full-cycle Recruiter to join a lean, high-impact team supporting a large field and skilled trades workforce. This hybrid, Southeast-based role partners with operations leaders and project teams to fill hourly and trade roles with urgency.

You will own end-to-end requisitions, source broadly including Spanish-speaking candidates, and help expand staffing across markets while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Full cycle recruiting experience, ideally including hourly or skilled trades hiring.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, spoken and written.
• Comfortable handling high-volume requisitions under time pressure.
• Experience partnering with operations or field leaders, not just HR.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of requisitions from requisition to offer.
• Source and screen candidates for field and trades roles.
• Partner with field operations leaders to forecast staffing needs.
• Maintain relationships with hiring managers and coordinate interview panels.

Location

• Hybrid role based in a major Southeast market
• Some in person time expected for coordination with field leaders and interview panels
• Occasional travel possible to project sites or satellite offices, frequency to be confirmed
